Sale & Leaseback
With Sale & Leaseback, you can also get Finance your Franchise to incorporate your existing equipment in the lease agreement.We purchase the equipment from you at book value and then lease it back to you. This enables you to transfer the financial risk and the care of all your equipment at once to Finance your Franchise, and you also profit from a one-off injection of cash.
Roll-Out Facility
The Roll-Out Facility is suitable for when you want to purchase a lot of equipment in a short time, but do not know exactly what type and what quantity. Together with you, we make an estimate of the principal sum, for which you will receive a credit facility. The duration of this is determined by mutual agreement.
During the duration, you decide what equipment to purchase and from whom. This forms the basis for the monthly instalments. Your monthly amounts will therefore only concern what is actually delivered, giving you complete control of the costs of your project. When all the investments have been made, the Roll-Out Facility is replaced by a Classic lease agreement. This is based on the definitive principal sum.
TRO en Lifecycle Lease
The Technology Refresh Option (TRO) is interesting if the primary process depends heavily on using the latest equipment.This option allows you to include various lifecycles within a single contract. During the duration of the contract, it is thus possible to replace your equipment with more modern technology. In the case of costs remaining equal, your organisation will therefore always have the latest technology. And you decide yourself what you replace and when.
Together with you, we determine the replacement strategy that is best for you, including the number of lifecycles you want. We open a credit facility for your direct investment needs, which is freely available to you. The short lifecycles enable you to profit from a high residual value of your equipment and ensure that you always have the latest equipment without extra costs.
